Yes, we accept purchase orders (POs). However, we do not offer payment terms, so payment must be received before your order can be fulfilled or shipped.
What Information Do I Need to Provide?
To help us prepare an invoice, please have the following information ready:
Order email address
Ship-to address
Delivery phone number
Billing address, if paying by credit card
Product SKU number(s)
Quantity for each SKU
Preferred payment method
Providing complete information helps us prepare your draft invoice and move your order through the process as quickly as possible.
You can find SKU numbers on the product listing at the American Cornhole Association website.
Paying by Check
If paying by check, we will provide the mailing address for your payment.
Please note: We will not begin fulfillment or ship your products until the check has been received and processed by our accounting team.
After submitting your order information, please reach back out to us for the address where your payment should be mailed.
Paying by Credit/Debit Card
Once we receive the required information, we will send you a draft invoice. You can use this invoice as a quote for your organization or proceed with payment by credit card.
If you are ready to pay, open the emailed invoice and click “Complete your order.” You will then be able to enter your credit card information and complete payment.
Do You Offer Payment Terms?
No. Although we accept purchase orders, we do not offer payment terms. Payment must be received before the order can be fulfilled.
For check payments, the check must be received by our accounting team before your order is shipped. For credit card payments, payment can be completed through the emailed invoice.
Is Your Organization Tax Exempt?
If your organization is tax exempt, please provide a copy of your tax-exempt certificate or form for our records when submitting your order information.
We can also provide a W-9 for your records upon request.
