When will my order be ready and delivered?

Wondering how long it will take to receive your order? Delivery timing depends on two stages: production processing and carrier transit time. Understanding both can help you plan when to expect your order.

How Long Does Production Take?

Production time begins after your order is placed and, for custom items, after the proof has been approved. Processing times vary depending on the type of item:

• Rapid Ship Items: Fulfilled within 1–2 business days

• Standard Items: Fulfilled within 2–3 business days

• Custom Items: Fulfilled within 3–5 business days following proof approval

These timeframes apply to the time needed to process and produce your order before it is shipped. They do not include the carrier’s delivery time.

What Happens After My Order Ships?

We currently ship orders via UPS. Once your order leaves our facility, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. At this point, delivery time depends on the carrier’s transit schedule and the destination of your package.

For estimated delivery times, refer to the UPS transit-days map below. The map provides an estimate of how many transit days may be required for your package to reach its destination.

How Can I Estimate My Total Delivery Time?

To estimate the overall timeframe, consider both production and shipping:

Total delivery timeframe = Production processing time + Carrier transit time

For example, a standard item may require 2–3 business days for processing, followed by the number of transit days indicated by the UPS map for your destination.

Keep in mind that production times and carrier transit times are separate. The production timeframe tells you when your order is expected to leave our facility, while the UPS transit estimate indicates how long delivery may take after shipment.

What Should I Keep in Mind?

If you're ordering a custom item, be sure to allow time for proof approval, since the 3–5 business-day production timeframe begins after the proof has been approved.
