Custom cornhole boards and bags take some time to design, make, and ship. Here is a general idea of what to expect:
When Will I Receive My Design Proof?
You will usually receive your design proof by email within 1–2 business days after placing your order. The proof will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
How Long Does Production Take?
Once you approve your design proof, production typically takes 3–5 business days to make and prepare your custom items for shipment.
Production times may vary between custom boards and bags. Custom bags require additional preparation time and may take longer to produce than custom boards.
When Will My Order Arrive?
After your order ships from our facility, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location. Custom boards and custom bags will be shipped separately, so you will receive separate tracking information and deliveries.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment once it has shipped.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping for custom products.
What If I Need My Order for an Event?
If you have a large commercial order or a time-sensitive event, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to work with you on special arrangements depending on your order and timeline.
