When can an order no longer be canceled?
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
For custom orders, cancellation may no longer be possible once the design has already been printed or production has begun.
Because orders can move into production or shipping quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
